Multiple problems since 17 Feb update. Anyone else having these problems?

Since my Surface Book updated a few days ago, I have been having steadily worsening problems.  It started with the screen rotation not working.  I would have to restart the computer for it to start back working.  Then I start having the log-in screen not give me anyway to input my pin number when in tablet mode.  Restarting sometimes 2 to 3 times would get me back in.  Then the detach button started becoming sluggish to completely unresponsive but the screen would say it was detached even though it had never come off. Today, when I first started my computer the screen was completely upside down.  It was attached in the normal laptop position but was upside down.  It was for some reason in tablet mode but setting it to laptop mode did nothing to change the orientation.  I tried detaching and reattaching the screen but of course this did nothing.  I restarted it 5 times before I got the screen orientation to right itself.  If anyone else is having these problems and has figured out a way to correct them without pulling out their hair, I would greatly appreciate any assistance.  Up until the last few days I was really liking my Surface Book.  Thanks

UPDATE:

Spent several hours with tech support on 3 different occasions . Did 2 complete resets with fresh installation of Windows 10 both times. In the end had to have device replaced. I must say that my new Surface Book works very well indeed and so far has had none of the issues its predecessor had even after applying all updates. Perhaps I just had A buggy device.  If I develop issues with this machine I will update again. Thx for all the replies and solutions.

Paulo, With your posts regarding DISM ERROR CODE:  0x800f081f   and my input, this morning, like an Act of God that my call this morning to MS Tech Support took me to the SAME top Tech I spoke with this week, "Lee" - having him 'randomly' answer my early morning call today after I read your posts and reviewed your screen shots.... LEE answered the random call and we worked out how you performed the fix and added details (some you had not provided).  So this FIX worked for all my Surface Books!!!!!!

So MS Tech and Windows tech asked me to post these screen shots of the Tech Doc Lee created to submit to MS engineers today AND to their Board of Directors.....Lee confirmed was a serious flaw across Windows 10 (1511) as confirmed by MS.  I remained relaxed but it was not as described in one reply above.  MS is now immediately working on a Firmware Update to go out asap and will share with all hardware manufacturers where Windows 10 (1511) is the OS.  I am told this is being presented to the MS Board of Directors immediately..... Here is the FIX written by MS Tech support and based on my experiences and reports as well as  detailed MS Community replies from PAULO REICHERT: who also provided other screen shots.  Here are the MS Tech screen shots and details of how to repair DISM ERROR CODE:  0x800f081f

Hello marysuehil

Can you manually confirm that all updates successfully installed?

Go to Start, select Settings> Update & security> Windows update

Select Advanced options, select View your update history

If any update has a status of "Requires a restart to finish installing", restart Surface (don't shut down)

Repeat until no further updates show this message

Best regards
