How do you hide notes in PowerPoint? I have version 2003 and 2010

How do you hide notes in PowerPoint? I have version 2003 and 2010.

I see there is a way to hide for a web presentation, but not for a presentation that say you'd want emailed to someone. Is there a way to hide notes so you do not have to make 2 copies of the file? I also saw something about a Macro that will get rid of all the notes, but that is after making a copy of the PPT. Is there something available in the security settings?

Any help is greatly appreciated. If you need more information, please let me know.

Thanks you.

Answer
Answer
Work on a copy or you will permanently zap the notes!

File > Options
Trust center > Trust center settings > Privacy Options > Document Inspector > Inspect

You can also get there using

File >> Info >> Check for Issues
