Skype for Business DNS Error

On the first attempt, I received the following error message: "Can't sign in to Skype for Business. Skype for Business couldn't find a Skype for Business Server for ****.onmicrosoft.com. There might be an issue with the Domain Name System (DNS) configuration for your domain. See KB2566790 for details and contact your system admin

Hi Atlas,

 

According to the error message, the problem may be related to the DNS records of your Office 365 tenant. Please provide the affected email address for us via private message, we will help you check the DNS records. Here is the link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list

 

Try using manual configuration and type sipdir.online.lync.com:443 in both internal server and external server fields. Also, try using another network to see if it helps.
