According to the error message, the problem may be related to the DNS records of your Office 365 tenant. Please provide the affected email address for us via private message, we will help you check the DNS records. Here is the link:

Try using manual configuration and type sipdir.online.lync.com:443 in both internal server and external server fields. Also, try using another network to see if it helps.
