Outlook for Mac has started repeatedly crashing. The displayed error message is "There was a problem with Microsoft Outlook and your recent work might be lost. We apologize for the inconvenience." When I restart the program, it immediately crashes again with the same error message.
I can see that others have reported this error on the following threads (I would have replied there but they are locked):
I have followed the advice given on those threads, including:
- Removing then reinstalling Outlook (no change)
- Editing the filename of the OsfCore.framework folder (there is no such file in my frameworks folder - only an osf.framework file)
I would greatly appreciate any advice. I've tried to copy the entire crash log below but it's too long for the support window. Instead, I've copied the top and tail of the log, along with the thread which crashed.
As you'll see below I am running OS 10.13.6, and Outlook is version 16.43
