OneNote crashes immediately when I launch the app on MAC Pro

This is super frustrating as it impacting my productivity significantly;

One note crashes as soo as I launch; not to related to any other activities as it happens every time.

other office app are not impacted and functioning normally.

is there hope in sight or should i a similar Apple product?

Hi,

I do understand the inconvenience it has made and apologize for it.

To check whether this issue is caused by the other software, please try starting your Mac in the Safe Mode to open the OneNote application and see if this issue could be solved.

If the issue exists in the Safe Mode, you may also try the following steps to fix the crash on startup.

Open Finder > Click Go in the top menu > select Go to Folder:

1.Delete this folder: ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.onenote.mac

2.Delete this folder: ~/Library/Group\ Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office 

3.Open up “Keychain Access” app on your Mac, and search for “MicrosoftOffice”. If OneNote recognized that you signed in, you will have an entry with a long name. Delete it.

4.Restart your computer.

5.Try launching OneNote and signing in again.
