Scanner Mouse.exe - Entry Point not found

Hello everyone,

I experience a problem with my scanner mouse. When I try to start "Scanner Mouse.exe" I get the following error message
"The procedure entry point FinishOVDXDriver could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\CLX.ScanMouse\OVBaseIF.dll".
The programs wont open.  This is the only software I experience this kind of problem.
On my PC ist Windows Pro with Windows Preview version 18323 installed.

The software manufacturer recommends to reinstall official published windows version.....

Does anyone have any ideas of what I could try?

There is update from 22-07-2019 and problem is fixed.
