Photo app not working TWINUI

 I cannot double click on a photo on my account in Windows 10. I get an error that states "element not found". I can open the file by right clicking and choose another photo viewer and the file will open. I tried to change my default app to another  photo viewer and it shows TWINUI. This is only on my account as the application works on the other accounts.

Thank you for the reply.

Firstly, I suggest you to install all available Windows Updates and Store updates.

It could be a problem with the Photos app database. To reset the database, perform the following:

  1. Press Windows button + R.

  2. Type: %appdata%\..\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

  3. Delete all the contents of that folder.

  4. Restart the computer and check if issue persists.
