VS2017 is crashing also.  The KBs that were installed for me were KB4088785, KB2538243, KB4088776, and KB890830.

As my Paused updates expired the KB4074588 was installed automatically and causing PC to crash again. When I tried to remove it it was showing that it was not installed. Then I had to remove KB4088776 and restart PC. After this KB4074588 become available to remove. Now that I've removed KB4074588 and KB4088776 I can debug again.

I've upgraded my PC to Windows 1803, unfortunately Windows is still crashing when I use Visual Studio to debug. I've raised the issue on Feedback Hub as well. The last good windows is 1703 without March and April cumulative updates. I think this information is critical for people experiencing the reboot issue.
