mfperfhelper.dll is missing

Hello, I've been trying for the last month or so to get the game Final Fantasy XIV working, and it just won't work. I found that an error message appeared that said mfperfhelper.dll was missing. Please provide me with a way to download this, Thank you!

When you load an application that requires mfperfhelper.dll, Windows will check the Application or \Windows\System32\ folder for this file. If the .dll file could not be found you would receive an error. You can fix the error by re-installing the game. Also make sure your Windows are up to date. Type Windows Updates in search bar and select Check for updates from the results. If updates are available, try installing them and check.
