Upgrade to Windows 10 2004 fails 0x80004005 - 0x1000A

Hello,

while using the update assitant or the media creation tool, i get the error 0x80004005 - 0x1000A.

Answer

Update:

After waiting several months i finally found the solution.

There was something wrong with the GPT partition scheme.

So shrinked the system partion, deleted the EFI and all recovery partitions and installed W10 parallel.

After updating the boot manager, i was able to boot the original windows and the upgrade ran succesfully.
