I'm having a user getting intermittent issues when opening excel files in 2016. See the image link below. No text or icons are loading in the interface. Below were I snipped you can actually see the excel data just fine though, but you can't interact with it. When the user closes and reopens the document it normally loads up fine again. Its not frozen, you can close the document like normal and get no not responding error, its like excel just isn't initializing properly. I disabled hardware graphics acceleration and reinstalled Office 2016, but it has not made a difference. This is Office 365 Business click to run 32-bit.
