TMNT 1989 Arcade & Turtles in Time Missing from Marketplace

I've downloaded those titles before in the past and I've recently went to re-download them since my neice and nephew enjoyed the X-Men: Arcade game so I figured I'd load up my Xbox with beat 'em ups for when they visit. I checked all over Arcade Marketplace and they are nowhere to be found. Did they get removed? Is there any way to download those titles again? 

TMNT 1989  arcade is missing for me also.

i wish i had my xbox before they took this title of the market. its not fair, they shouldnt ever have stop selling that game.

I don't know if this will work, but you might still be able to buy it off of the bestbuy website.

Where is this game? I can't find it anywhere in the game marketplace! Did Microsoft / Xbox remove it from the marketplace???

They were delisted a while ago because of licensing issues.

why would Microsoft get rid of the best arcade beat em up ever and i hate that because i love the ninja turtles
