That Feel

I'm sort of the same except I like Fable 2 more than 3.  I never played 1.

Bought 1 a couple of weeks ago, its pants!! Prefer 2 and hoping if/when they do a 4 it will be more like 2 than 3!!

Fable 1 is a gem...better 100 times than their predecessors. I still have my Lost chapters edition. The good is that is BC with 360.

I hoping if/when they make Fable 4, they get back to their roots with Fable 1..have the original and Lost Chapters.

What's the difference between 2 n 3?

Things i miss most about fable two is...you can tell easily who's been naughty and nice...:)

Smokey, basically Fable 3 is "streamlined." The term Bioware used for their transition between the ME1 to ME2, and DA1 to DA2. RPG elements taken out, and now it is just a straight up action adventure game. Gameplay elements, such as flourishes and rolling, have to be earned in F2, in F3 everything becomes possible once you obtain the ability to use that type of weapon, which doesn't take long.

I still enjoyed Fable 3 a lot, but then again, I never played Fable 1, and I am now just starting to play Fable 2. yup, I went backwards. After I beat 2, I will probably try F:LC, since I did just buy it for PC at the GFWL website.

Still own a copy of Fable1 which having now played 2 and 3 whetted the appetite for those games that followed. But having said that Fable 2 is my favourite, I actually enjoyed the menu system where you could see at a glance what weapons, food etc. you were carrying with out returning to the santuary, plus with 3 I was looking forward .... spoiler... to seeing what Theresa wanted with The Tower which can be seen off shore in 3 but can't be accessed and is not even remotely part of the story. But even having said that, there is a strange allure for the Fable games for me that I seem to have to keep coming back and wringing out every last ounce of gameplay i can.

I love Fable 3 so far im not sure what people are talking about saying it sucks. To be honest im liking it more then Fable 2. The graphics, voice acting (main character has a voice now love it) go rid of those pesky menus, You can upgrade a single weapon instead of having a whole lot, outfits look cooler in this one. Basically that is what i got so far from fable 3 and im not even half way through. I like Fable 2 but once i started playing fable 3 and got my weapons and stuff i was stuck i love it so much and i mean cmon the chicken suite is awesome!!

What I miss ..... Fabel One had the Heros podium were you could brag and take challenges. That was an awesome feature that NEEDS to come back, Fable 2 had a much deeper system for social interaction. It wasn't as much about spamming the positive button no matter who you talked to. You actualy had to look and see what there interest were, and pick those things to do if you wanted to win them over.
