Ok, on numerous occasions I have seen the special offers for upgrading to gold membership, and every time I try to use the offer I get an error message of some kind and it wont let me upgrade. Whats the deal here?

Idr what the error message said or what the code was, I was just putting this up here because both me and my lil bro have had this problem and its annoying because we don't get to use the special offers.
