anyone else have any issues when saving in the paupers drop area where you make a save and when you revert back to it the game just keeps on playing the same screechy something scary is about to happen music over and over and over?

I got that once during Big sister fight. I finished her off, music returned to normal then started up again never had the problem since. I have this issue with other games... nothing you can do really, play through or restart the save.

First I had to deal with that and now the diaries are silent. I can see that they're playing when the face comes up, but no sound. Its been like this for the last ten diaries. Hoping it fixes itself soon since I really like hearing those.
