parachute

Can someone please tell me how in the hell to open my parachute when my chopter gets shot out from under me?????? I have tried everything and still die. Can't figure out this one.......

'A' button. Just keep pressing it until you hear it open. Sometimes the rocket kills you inside the vehicle, too. Also, if you wait too long to bail out, you still die. So bail and mash 'A' until it opens.

I found out that is best to wait a little after you bail before opening the parachute...from my experience, when I open it as soon as I bail, I always get killed by the chopper...but if I wait a bit then I can manage to land safely :)

I alwys wait to see how close to the ground I can get before opening the chute. It doesn't always end in good results though.

it's a good idea to wait a little bit before deploying the chute. Gives the enemy less time to see you and spot/shoot you.
