Not letting me by games without permission.

On the xbox one I am not aloud to purchase games because I'm underage without adults permission. However we cannot figure out how to let me download games.

Go into privacy settings and you can modify a setting called "Buy and download".

Changed it back to nothing and then anything again and now it works. Thank you very much Veritas Humter!

I'm having the same thing but when I go into privacy it says things can't be changed "until we connect to the server" help!
