Madden 25 Crashes

When attempting to play a game in Madden 25 the game will freeze, crash and then XBox One reboots. It's random when this occurs because it will happen when it attempts to load the new or resumed game. 

Is this Software or Hardware? Has this happened to anyone else?

Yep same damn thing happens to me in COD Ghosts.  After $700 spent.. Ridiculous!!

Same here, have never been able to load and play anything in Madden. EA suggested I exchange my copy, I did and nothing changed. Have tried factory reset, reinstalling, reinstalling offline, deleting profile, pretty much everything :\

so you should next try a different xbox one...maybe its a gpu issue...they did have 13 year olds soldering chips on boards in the third world didnt they?

Same problem here.  F*n ridiculous.  Game constantly crashed when I finish a connected franchise game and try to move onto the main connected franchise menu.  So the last game is now lost and I have to go out to the Xbox one menu and reboot.  Complete waste of time and even worse, a waste of money.  If this doesn't get resolved soon this console will be returned, not that MS would care.  

I miss the days of console games 'just working'.  I don't remember these issues with NES, Genesis, etc..  If I wanted to play buggy games I'd stick with PC gaming.  At least they have an excuse of designing to a multitude of configurations...no such excuse here

I'm not sure about the guy with the COD Ghosts issue, I've had no issues with that.. As for madden. it is an issue with the Game itself, not the xBox One.. Do a google search on it, This is happening to x1 users, 360, ps3/4 everything.. It's maddens mistake. I believe i even read somewhere EA acknowledged the issue and said they would be working on it, yet to see anything. I doubt we will see a fix..

I for one will be getting rid of Madden for whatever  I can, sucks because I just spent $60 on it 1 week ago.

After replacing the console the game works fine. It was definitely a GPU issue

Try clearing the cache. That worked for me.

I'm having the same issue.  I play the connected career offline and it randomly shuts down Madden 25 and kicks me back to the Xbox One Home screen.  I will be contacting MS this weekend.  I already had to have them send me a new console due to the disc drive not reading the disc.
