Game not in my purchase history?

So today i went onto my xbox to play some Minecraft, signed into my gamertag and when i went to play, it would only allow me to play the trial version. I thought that was strange and so I deleted the minecraft file and went to re-download it off of my purchase history. It seems that the game isn't in my purchase history and every time i try to redownload it from else where it says i have to purchase. I've tried licence transfer just cause i thought it might work but no joy. The game is just no where in my purchase history and it seems as if i never bought it yet i still have all my save games and stuff. Please help?

Do you have other gamertags on your console?  If so, check the download history of those ones to ensure the game wasn't purchased with another tag.

You can also log in a commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the original purchase was on your tag.

Hey there Nuno 117,

Just for further clarification, onyx62is is correct in offering commerce.microsoft.com as a step to view previous purchases because that site shows purchase history all the way back to when the account was first made.

Since this thread is pretty old and the original poster most likely has been taken care of, I would suggest creating a new thread detailing what you're experiencing if you have any Xbox Support related questions. This way you can receive support catered to you from our community. Thanks so much!
