it might not even start, the absolute minimum is gtx 770, and your gpu is the mobile version of gtx750 as its a laptop which has less power than the desktop equivalent.

Im going to say its not going to happen, not in any way youd enjoy.

Laptops are really not meant for gaming, and youre looking to redline it. This, especially on an older device dan lead to hardware failure

This game is brining top end enthusiast PCs to their knees, and rightfully so. I suggest you try Flight Simulator X, which should run fine, or invest in a new computer or an Xbox Series X. This also, when it becomes availableon the service, should be a great game to play via Xcloud, as its not dependent on “twitch” mechanics, and i would guess when the windows client becomes available it should run fine on that laptop. 

That’s currently an open question they arent answering until they officially show the Xbox version. There have been yoke/stick and throttle combo controllers before.  I cannot promise anything, but it is possible to do so, though it will likely be limited in the number of compatible devices. I expect there will be more information before the XSX launch, but again cant promise that. 

Your best bet is to start saving for that new PC if authenticity is your goal.

The Dell XPS range of laptops don't have dedicated graphics processors as far as I'm aware of.

As stated by [Farscape], the minimum is a GTX 770. The graphics hardware in a Dell XPS range depending on its age, could be anything from Intel HD Graphics 520 (2015 model) to Intel Iris Plus (2020 model), neither of which are dedicated graphics hardware for modern games.

Without a dedicated graphics chip, Flight Simulator 2020 won't run.

You can play Flight Simulator 2020 on a laptop, but it needs to be a laptop designed for gaming with dedicated graphics hardware from either NVIDIA or AMD.

In which case, I agree, it will be terrible. Doubt even 720p low would be playable.

Thanks, all. I work on a Mac, and haven't used the old Dell for a while. It still works for Condor, a soaring simulator.

I will build a gaming rig if I can afford it for FS2020.
