I bought fallout 3 and have been trying to download it for the past few days. Every time I try, it stops at 35% and a small notification pops up and says Fallout 3 can't download. I've Clear System Cache three times and it still doesn't work. I've also called the costumer support line and they haven't helped. l I live in Southern California. Is their anything else i can do?

As suggested in the sticky post, please visit
http://speedtest.net from a computer on the same network as your console and take the speed test. Then post the image link here in the forums.
Also, I'm not seeing a purchase for Fallout 3 on your account. Are you having issues purchasing it as well, or are you did you purchase it on another account?
