Cannot download content from internet

I understand that for downloading games/content, the region and physical location needs to be same. However, my region i.e. Sultanate of Oman is not included in microsoft xbox list of regions and the nearest region is India. I tried to download content through my Indian credit card as well; however despite this the transaction was not successful.

I demand to know that why I am unable to download games online. An early response would be highly appreciated.

"Nearest" isn't good enough. You must live in a LIVE supported region to avoid region issues.
