CALL OF DUTY 4 AND WORLD AT WAR CHEAT MODS - My Idea to Combat the problem:

I move they make it so:

When the game detects a player with an unusually high Kill/Death ratio, put up a vote to ban the player.

If passed, the player gets KICKED and  BANNED from multiplayer for an hour AND the game automatically restarts (no waiting).

If there is more than one cheater, keep repeating process until everyone is removed. Meanwhile the non-cheaters keep their points. (not score, the other thing)

 

This is for COD World at War and COD4

That quite frankly is a terrible idea and completely flawed, all it would achieve is booting people who are better than you and have done nothing wrong.
Also giving players the ability to ban someone or kick them is a really bad idea because it would be abused by sore losers.

MS already have a system in place to deal with cheaters/modders, its the reporting tool.

If you do not want to game with someone then select them as an avoided player, if they mod report them.
