Battlefield 3?

Im a very big Battlefield fan. I still play Battlefield 2 alot, aswell as bad company 2 and a little 1943 & Heroes from time to time. So my expectations for BF3 are quite high, but for waht I have already seen of it, I know with out doubt it will be good.

I think a better question is, Will BF3 be better then BF2. Its got alot to prove to be better then BF2 multi-play. The only problem for me is I don't have the funds to upgrade my laptop in time to run BF3 before release. I know the Xbox version will be good. But to get the full Battlefield experience, it needs to be on a PC.

My only other concern is the team death match mode. I hope the mode does not leave the other game lobbys (Conquest & Rush) empty.

Also I would like to add another question to this forum.

What is your favourite game mode and why?

I've never played a BF game, but for some reason I am looking forward to this.

Although I have played a bit on the demo for BF:BC 1 and 2.

Of coure! Its going to be a great game. You can actually use the tripod on your LMG's, earn points for laying down cover fire, go prone......etc.etc..... Battlefield 3 is going to be sick!

It will be great. The Pc guys will get the most out of this game.

As long as it provides plenty of customisation, i didn't like it in BFBC2 it was a pain to sort out and get what you wanted, i'd prefer doing customisation in pre lobby.  Just want big ol bunch of guns! Oh and a AA12, just because i love the expendables! ;P

I'm pretty hesitant on buying it actually.

I can buy it on the Xbox knowing that PC version will be way better (like WAY better).

Or I can buy it for the PC and have no friends (that I personally know) to play with.

Many will say go with friends, but c'mon the PC version will always stand taller.

Very tough decision.
