All Arcade games Trial on secondary account.

Last September I purchased a new console, transferred all my data to the new HDD and also did the license transfer here on the xbox site.  My girlfriends account, which is local on my console, is unable to play any of the XBLA games I purchased.

Just to verify the license transfer, I tried again only for the site to tell me that my licenses were already on this console.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have done the license transfer what you will need to do is set those games up to download again. Since the games are already on your hard drive all that will be downloaded will be the new licenses, so the longest part will be adding them all to your Download Queue.

 

That can be done here https://live.xbox.com/Download/History  or on your console by going to My Xbox, selecting your Avatar with A, going across to the Account Management tab and then picking Manage Account. Here just pick the Download History option.
