Xbox Live + DLINK DIR 655 Wireless problem - Help

I recently had to replace my DLINK DIR 655 REVA Router. I replaced it with a brand new DLINK DIR 655 REVB Software 2.00.

I have three xbox's connected up. Two wireless and one wired.

I have NO issues with the wired Xbox 360s

I have issues with both the other older model Xbox 360s that are connected to the router wirelessly.

Both stop on the Xbox Live LOGO on the startup screen and do not reach the dashboard.  If I reboot four to five times on one of them it will eventually make it to the dashboard. The other one just needs a reboot and it will go to the dashboard and connect to live.

If I remove the wireless adaptor they boot to the dashboard straight away. So I figured the pausing on the startup screen is related to it connecting to the wireless network.

The only difference with my network with the new router from the old is that I have the network hidden.

Thats the net thing I'm gonna change. Change it back to viewable, but is there anything else thats likely causing it.

Thanks

Ok I got it fixed.

Although I have only N devices I had to change it  to N & G and enable AES & TKIP.

Donno which one was stopping then booting up though.

Have you checked for firmware updates for the rev B router I believe this one has issues with the xbox if I remember shadowmanUK's list of know issue devices but I could be wrong on that one.  Second idea is you may have an issue with the wireless adapter, i'll post more as I wake up and ponder this one.

So far I got it working by changing it from N only to N & G and changing it from only AES to AES and TKIP
