Hello Tbob, if your new 2 year card was added to the same account as you had been using previously, then no, you will be not getting your quarterly changes.
you can check this by going online to xbox.com and under your gamer tag clicking on "my account" then subscriptions. this will list all of your current one. If you click on a specific one, it will also give you the option to remove the auto renewal if there
is one.
