This is just an observation, but not too long ago when logged in to Xbox Live on the home screen at the bottom right hand corner there is an Xbox icon, and underneath it was a kind of water effect or something. The icon also used to alternate between the icon and "Live", but now it is just a static icon with no animation.
Well I like how it doesn't alternate back and forth from the icon to Live anymore, but I don't like how they removed the animation underneath it. I thought the animation was a pretty cool effect.
