update

i just downloaded the new update and now i cant play my games

I downloaded it on May 19 and then ended up with horrible lag every time I tried to play Bad Company 2 talked with tech support and they had no solutions to offer. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling and it did nothing incase someone reccomends you do this.
