SUSPENDED HELP

My gamertag is NFNM ROBOTOYO. I am trying to figure out why my account has been suspended. Someone please help!!

thnx for the support. i know what the problem is, but i dont know how to do that. im sure I DIDN'T do it. i dont even know what that number means, where i can find it and i don't know how to change it. i'm sure i've been hacked. please help me. beceause this is just throwing money away for me. and i did not even get a warning that something happend on my profile. can you please reset the years and let me back on my xbox please.

i can offer a few names of achievement hackers. i think they hacked my profile. and they didn.t get banned. i'm sure you can better ban them instead of me.
