Hi my son had to return his faulty special edition halo xbox but they only had a normal xbox in its place . when we bought points wit this of various amounts and typed in the codes they didnt show on his profile and we finally tracked down the currency value of the on the billing account . We dont seem to be able to access this hard earned cash and have been on to xbox support but it just goes in circles . They said we need a beta console but we dont have that as the previous consone had to be returned with a fault . Can any one help as to how we can access this money to use on his account please .
