Money being taken from my account

Points have been taken out twice from my account and i havent bought them, i try and delete the card details and payment options in "Manage Payment Options" but it just says that the payment option cannot be removed at this time when i try to remove it. I then read somewhere that it was because my account still had gold on it, so i try and use "Upgrade/manage account" to remove live but then i only get options to buy more Gold or redeem a code.

Is there a way to just remove the card options or to just delete the account entirely?

PS i cant log into my account on my xbox because "Your Xbox LIVE membership information isnt valid" even though i have membership still on the account.

You would have to call support and cancel the subscription to be able to remove the card immediately.

First off, try deleting and recovering your Gamertag from Xbox LIVE, then see if that works, if it doesn't, after reading, I assumed you tried the 'Manage Payment Options' on Xbox.com, if so, give Xbox Support a call and ask for them to manually remove your Credit Card or try tweeting @XboxSupport, although, they will most likely refer you to Phone Support.

Just to double check though, have you done these steps: support.xbox.com/.../remove-payment-option

Read them thoroughly and if still no prevail, find the correct Phone Support number from either here: support.xbox.com/.../call-us or change the en-US to en-GB if you are from the UK.
