Ma Xbox ne reconnait pas être branché a internet

Salut tout le monde !

 

Jvous explique un peu le délire ! Ma Xbox du jour au lendemain ne reconnait plus être branché à internet !

Elle me dit de vérifier le fait que mon cable soit branché, il l'est bien évidemment !

J'ai donc changé de cable ce qui n'a rien donné !

J'ai éteint mon routeur, puis remis en route, branché, débranché, rebranché ! Jdeviens fou !

J'implore de l'aide s'il vous plait !!!!!!!

Il se peut que la carte réseau de la console soit hs ce qui occasionera un retour au SAV, si cela est possible il faudrait tester avec un adaptateur wifi pour confirmer.

Dans ce cas, un appel au support technique permettra de connaitre le coût de la réparation et les démarches à effectuer ... Libre à toi, par la suite, de choisir entre la réparation ou l'achat d'une nouvelle console.
