Hallo ich habe ein Problem , ich habe mir aus versehen vor längerer zeit ein jugendkonto erstellt , nun will ich dieses wieder umändern. Um dies zu tun benötige ich von einen Elternteil die email adresse als auch passwort.. Diese beiden Informationen habe ich damals angegeben , nun habe ich aber nur noch die emailadresse in erinnerung.Wie kann ich das Passwort zurück bekommen . ? Und somit mein Jugendkonto wieder in ein Erwachsenes umwandeln.
