how do i uninstall old games?

When you go to your memory select the games and it should show you all the files for the games. The files should be labelled and the install files are different from your game progess. Delete the ones labelled Installed Game.

it only gives the 3 options copy ,move or delete.

When you're looking at the games list, press A to select the game, not Y for Game Options. That takes you to the list of individual files for the game. From there delete the install file.

The My Xbox channel (the one with your avatar), go right to the end and pick System Settings.

Here pick Memory and then pick the device you have the games installed on or All Devices if you aren't sure.

Now choose the top option of Games and scroll down until you find the title you wish to uninstall.

Press A to enter the game's folder and search for the file that says Installed Xbox 360 Game underneath it.

When on that file press the A button and choose the delete option.

The game is now uninstalled.

Or if you still have the game. Put it in your 360, press Y on the disc square and pick the Delete option from there. 

i think i have it worked out now,it was an arcade compilation disc i was trying to remove and the game saves were somewhere else,thats why i couldn`t find them.
