E-mail showing what games you've played and how long?

My friend was telling me that once a month he gets an e-mail that tells him what games he's played and how much time he's spent playing them.  I've always wanted to know this information myself, but don't get these e-mails.  I didn't even know they existed. 

I have searched around but can't find how to activate them.  Does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to activate them?

this doesn't sounds like any feature available for live.

yes i get this email. i didnt do anything to activate it , it just showed up. i like it but my wife now thinks im on my xbox to much

They started just a few months ago, but there's no information on what you need to sign up for in order to receive them. I get them, but never did anything special. The only thing I can suggest is make sure you're set up to receive emails from Xbox and make sure you're signed up for the xbox newsletter.

Hmm alright thanks guys.  I am signed up for Xbox e-mails and do get them quite frequently.  That's why I was wondering why I didn't get this specific one.  Oh well thanks anyways.

Nothing. They just started showing up. There's no information what you have to be signed up for to get the emails though.
