Console Banned

Today my xbox console got banned, So i called xbox and talked to someone named Robert he gave me this link and said to write what happend. And I havent done nothing that Violates the terms of use, And I know for a fact that I havent modifyed my xbox. I need someone to help me. Because im a legit gamer, I dont scam, hack, cheat. Or anything.. HELP

Unfortunately if you have been console banned it simply will not be reversed. You can read all about Microsoft's policy on this here www.xbox.com/.../consoleban

yeah your ONLY option is to buy a new one, sorry did you buy it new or used if you got it used then the previous owner was most likely the person who did what caused it to be banned if it was not you that is why they always say best to buy new.
