Cannot register my Xbox

I have an old white 360 and its finally puttered out. Its changed hands at least once before it got to me but I would like to pay the $100 to have you guys fix it. I am tryin to register it but every time I try to submit the registration, I get a system error. It is quite possible that the product is registered to someone else, but that guy sold it and its my xbox now so will you please fix it so I can play Brink?

I would suggest you call xbox customer support. They can register it for you there, then you shouild be able to do the repair online.
