i was wondering if i could use xbc or XLinkKa on my xbox? i basically connects my xbox to play regular xbox games on my xbox 360. if i do will i get banned?

Chances are if you have to ask its not good.
The 360 will play BC xbox titles anyway, they just need to be on the BC list.

So its a program?, if so yes its considered modding & will get your console and possibly account banned from the service.

The use of any third party modifications on XBL is not allowed. The only software you can use on the console is the software provided by Microsoft. The use of any other software is strictly forbidden.
The console has the required software on it to play the original xbox games OFFLINE. Server support for original xbox titles to be played online has been discontinued by Microsoft.
A quick Google search of your name bring up associations with modding. If you go down that path on XBL you will find your stay here very short as the MAJORITY of the XBL Community does not tolerate modding/cheating
of any kind.

XLink Kai has nothing to do with XBOX Live. It only deals with System Link traffic.
If you're concerned, log out of your Live profile before attempting to access XLink Kai services via an original XBOX game title.
I wouldn't use it for XBOX 360 titles as that could be considered system tampering.
