Assassins creed took to long to start

Hello! Sorry for my bad English

First when i just unboxed xbox one i have a problem "Black Screen of Death". Solved with this solution

Than I've installed AC 4 with this solution

Than i've downloaded update AC 4 required. Now i get this error

For some reason AC4 took too long to start 0x8027025a. Totally i've spend 2 days for try to play any game and searching solutions. And i'm very angry about that

Any advice how to fix it?
