12 month Gold membership expired early.

I opened my Xbox today and saw that membership ended. I bought a 12 month Xbox live gold membership prepaid card and I redeemed the code at the month of June, I think. I did not receive an email from Microsoft about my subscription ending. I remember that before your gold ends, they email you with an alert about your gold expiring in 1 month, but I never received it.

You can check the actual date that the membership was entered and the length of the membership at https://commerce.microsoft.com or by contacting phone support.
