How and where do I download and run, missing tasklist.exe?

Trying to find what causing my CPU to have high cpu usage.

Someone has said, I could check high cpu usage by going

to RUN and typing cmd, enter, and the then typing    tasklist /svc,

but I'm receiving an error, saying basically that there is no tasklist.

So how do I get   Tasklist  on my computer?

Answer
Answer
Windows XP Home doesn't include the Tasklist.exe utility, I can't figure out why Microsoft excluded this utility from the Home Edition but you can download a copy of it here:  http://www.computerhope.com/download/winxp.htm  Put the utility in your Windows\System32 folder.

You can also use SysInternals' Process Explorer to get information about running processes.
