.NET Framework runtime error: “There was a failure initializing profiling API attach infrastructure. This process will not allow a profiler to attach. HRESULT: 0x80004005”.

I have a host of errors similar to this one  :  NET Runtime version 4.0.30319.269 - There was a failure initializing profiling API attach infrastructure.  This process will not allow a profiler to attach.  HRESULT: 0x80004005.  They are a;; somewhat similar with the same 0x80004005.  I am of meager mind and exalted age.  Please help.

1.      When do you receive this error message? For Example: when you login to desktop, while working on specific programs, etc.

2.      Have you made any recent hardware or software changes to the computer prior to this issue?

3.      What are the lists of errors that you receive?

 

Repair the .NET Framework and check:
