Thanks for your help, Phoebe

Hi PhoebeMatos,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.
From the issue description, I understand that you would like to make Quicken 2011 Home & Professional as the default program to open the scanned files. Let me know if this is not the issue.
1) What is the make and model of the printer?
2) What is the version of Quicken program installed on your computer?
3) What do you mean by "does not go into Quicken"?

Method 1: I would suggest you to follow the steps to set Quicken program as default for the scanned files and check if it helps.
Choose the programs Windows uses by default
For reference:

Method 2: As the Quicken 2011 Home & Professional is not Microsoft registered product, I would suggest you to contact the Quicken support for further assistance.
I hope it helps. If you have any issues in future please let us know. We will be happy to help you.
