Windows 8 Pro - Build 9200 - Can't Activate

I bought a windows 8 8 Pro Full Edition, but i can't activate it. The key that come inside the box isn't activating the software. Where I can find help?

Where did you purchase this version of Windows 8 Pro?

 

You should only see that message if you are using an Upgrade Product Key and performing a clean install?

 

The full version of Windows 8 is the System Builder version (OEM). This version comes with a Personal Use License for the System Builder product.

 

Make sure that the description on the box states that it is the System Builder version.

All versions sold in a store are upgrades, despite what anyone in the store told you. Install your previous windows and do the upgrade again. The only full version is the OEM version sold by online sellers such as Newegg and is not supported by Microsoft.
