Genuine Windows Problem (0x8004fe21)

I've had this copy of Windows 7 for almost 7 months now and never had this problem.  It only started giving me this error recently after I shut down and restarted my computer for a Windows Update.  I still get the updates and Windows is set as active, I just get these pop-ups every so often telling me to make validate it's genuine.  However, the site I go to give me a file which windows says is not a valid Win32 app.  I thought it was a virus or malware, but nothing is picked up by my programs and even going to the official genuine validation site gives me a file with the same problem.  Again, this ONLY happend when I booted my computer back up after a WIndows Update on December 9th (I believe).  I've redone the activation, run the OS program to check it and even re-entered my product code and got it approved.  No hardware changes or the like.  Diagnostic Report is below.  At this point, I'm thinking that I may just have to delete some of those updates.

Answer

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers

try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

(you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.
