We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please try to boot into the lock screen and then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Safe mode.
Safe mode is useful for troubleshooting problems with programs and drivers that might not start correctly or that might prevent Windows from starting correctly. Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. To start your system in safe
mode follow the below steps
1. When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power > Restart.
2. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings >Restart. 3. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the
Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode.
Step 2: Unplug external devices.
Please unplug all external devices except your keyboard and mouse and monitors and then try to follow the below step.
Step 3: Clean Boot.
Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.

Step 4:
If the issue persists after trying the above steps then try the following steps.
a. Press shift + Restart. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen,select "Advanced options" and then "Troubleshoot".
b. Select "Advanced options" and then select "Command Prompt".
c. If prompted, enter in the password for the user name.
d. At the Command Prompt, type the following commands and hit enter.
bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /Fixboot
bootrec /rebuildBCD
