After installing Windows 10 my cursor is blinking and a little spinning pinwheel is blinking

I installed Windows 10 and my cursor is now continuously blinking with the little spinning pinwheel blinking as well as if something is loading but it never goes away. Its also clicking on its own as well keeping me from being able to type anything. Does anyone know how to fix this because I can't use the computer. I tried to start the computer in Safemode to fix it but it did not work.

I am using a HP Envy and had no trouble till installed Microsoft 10.

Thank you in advance for your help.
