How can I detect the last action made in File Explorer?

Because I had no idea what happened and what I pressed but it seemed like a file or something was moved.  But then the current file I was working on seems fine and it's still located in the same place.

If you accidentally move a file, you can undo the action by pressing CTRL + Z. When you've rebooted your PC or you've closed the File Explorer, the undo action will no longer cancel or reverse the action.

  1. Open Feedback Hub.
  2. Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.

  4. If possible, reproduce the problem after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form, and click Stop monitoring when you're done.

  9. Click Copy link, then paste the link in your response.
