Error 0xc000007b when accessing the game.

I have a new gaming computer windows 8.1 pro 64 bit OEM
i've installed directx, C++, Activated Net Framework from windows features to play steam games and similar stuff
each of these programs is up to date i have black ops 1 and i installed it on my computer correctly 
i tired reinstalling it with compatibility mode nothing's changed i've checked my anti-virus and firewall if they are using shields to block 
the application from running however i thats not the issue i;ve researched this problem, some people said that the application is trying to load bad dll files
other say that its a 32 and a 64 bit issue well honestly i dont know what to do my friend has the same OS windows 8.1 pro SL and everything is working fine with him i was hoping you help me to find a way resolve the issue and try to load black ops 1 correctly. this is the error
BlackOps.exe - Application error  (The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.)

(new method also microsoft dont know)


guys i have a solution of error 0xc000007b.
just just you have to

1:   Download "msvcr100.dll" in 32bit.

2:  paste to  
        C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, win 8)
        If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place the .dll in 
       C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

3: Done

If you have 64Bit windows then no problem just u have to download "msvcr100.dll" in 32bit only not 64bit then paste to above two mentioned directories.
